April 1: I will be a guest on Bill Jaker’s “Off the Page” show on WKSG FM radio. The show’s format includes a discussion of the book between the host and guest author and includes listener questions via call-ins and e-mail. To participate in the conversation, call during the 1:00 PM live broadcast to 1-888-359-9754 or post a question via e-mail to WSKG.Radio@Gmail.com. The show is broadcast at 1 p.m. and repeated at 7 p.m. Within 24 hours it is available via podcast.
WSKG FM is broadcast at 89.3 FM in Binghamton, 90.9 FM in Ithaca, 91.7 FM in Oneonta and Cooperstown, 91.1 FM in Corning and Elmira, and 88.7 FM in Hornell and Alfred.
 
 
April 2:  Ithaca College Bursar’s Benefit Auction at the Clark Lounge in the Campus Center at Ithaca College.  Silent auction goes from roughly 10 a.m. ’til noon, and the live auction is 12:30 – 1:30 p.m..  The event includes a 50/50 raffle, a money tree, a chocolate basket, and a gift card basket worth over $250 plus an autographed copy of The Cyber Miracles.  Tickets for those are $1 each, 5 for $3 and 20 for $10.  Most items are in the silent auction, and the live auction usually has 25-30 items since we have limited time.  the event will benefit Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services and Southside Community Center.

 

April 5:  Book signing at Divine Devotions gift shop from (note: hours extended) 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will be able to buy copies of The Cyber Miracles there for $20 (note: the store takes checks and cash, no credit cards) and I will sign it for you. If you’ve already bought the book, bring it along and I’ll sign it for you, too. Refreshments will be served.

April 15: Review of The Cyber Miracles by the author, Mary Pat Hyland, at 7 p.m., George F. Johnson Memorial Library, 1001 Park St., Endicott, N.Y.

Oct. 7: Meet the Author class from 6-8 p.m., Broome Community College’s Community Education program. I will be the author featured this night in a two-hour session that will discuss The Cyber Miracles, from what inspired me to how it was published, and will also include readings from the book.
