Downtown Binghamton has a book store again! I stopped by the lovely RiverRead Books at 5 Court Street today to meet with one of the owners, Connie Barnes. She signed me up for a book signing/reading event to be held on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m.
I am really looking forward to this event and hope you can make it. More details to come…

Tonight is my Meet the Author class at Broome Community College. Just wanted to let you all know that you may continue to register up until the time of class. Call 778-5012 for more information.

About the book

Maeve Kenny's life was going exactly as she'd planned. At 30 she was dating a soap opera star and had an exciting public relations career with an Irish-owned firm in Manhattan. Then three sudden events turned everything upside down, and Maeve found herself fleeing her Queens apartment for sanctuary back home upstate in Binghamton. As she tries to readjust to the dramatic changes in her life, Maeve says she needs a miracle to turn her life around. Who would have thought the whole world would be watching when it happens?
