Just got an e-mail that my cover and book files uploaded successfully to CreateSpace. I ordered my proof of the book and it should arrive within five business days. It’s going to be quite an emotional moment to hold this work in my hands.
Wow! Gotta love modern technology.
I just uploaded the cover and book to CreateSpace. Now I have to wait to hear back and see if the files were all right.
The book now has an ISBN number and a list price — $20. Once approved it will be available on Amazon.com.
This book has been in progress now for at least a decade. Today is a very special day — the day my first novel was born. Champagne on the house!
My goddaughter Jocelyn Bailey e-mailed me the completed book cover design tonight. Here it is. I’m so excited that things are really moving along. In the next couple days I will do a last minute review of the novel and upload both to CreateSpace, Amazon.com’s publishing on demand service.
